Conducted an Introductory Session for Students and Parents to create awareness about the importance of soft skills and employability skills in today’s competitive career landscape. The session provided an overview of communication, personality development, career readiness, interview skills, workplace behaviour, and professional skills, while helping parents understand how structured skill development can support their child’s confidence, career preparation, and transition from campus to corporate life.
