I am Anandalingam S, a Certified Corporate Trainer (NIST) with experience in the insurance industry, analytics, recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring fresh graduates. My professional journey of 27+ years has given me a valuable understanding of the gap between what individuals learn academically and what organisations expect in the workplace. Having been involved in hiring and mentoring freshers, I have had the opportunity to understand the skills, behaviours, and mindset that help individuals transition successfully from campus to corporate life. Today, I am passionate about helping individuals develop the confidence, communication, interpersonal, behavioural, and leadership skills they need to succeed personally and professionally. Through my training and mentoring, I work with students, job seekers, freshers, working professionals, and individuals who are looking to strengthen their capabilities and prepare themselves for the next stage of their journey.
